Terms of Service | Shopimaster

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of shopimaster.com and services provided by Shopimaster. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide Shopify store setup, theme development, troubleshooting, custom app development, optimization, consulting, and related e-commerce services. Project scope, deliverables, timing, and pricing are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

3. Agreements and Payment

A project begins after both parties agree to the scope and commercial terms. Deposits, milestones, payment dates, and delivery conditions are defined in the applicable proposal. We may pause work when payments or required client inputs are overdue.

4. Intellectual Property

After full payment, the client receives the rights specified in the project agreement for custom deliverables. Shopimaster retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable libraries, methods, and independently developed products.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely access and feedback, and materials they have the right to use. Clients remain responsible for their Shopify account, subscriptions, product claims, legal compliance, and third-party service agreements.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Shopify, apps, payment providers, analytics services, and other third parties operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or decisions made by those providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shopimaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability relating to a project will not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. No Warranty

Services and free tools are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific commercial results, search rankings, or complete accuracy of Theme Detector results.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as allowed by the project agreement. The client remains responsible for completed work, committed third-party costs, and other amounts due up to termination.
